Heading North on I-5
If you are traveling North on I-5, take Exit 164-A (Dearborn St./ James St.), stay to the left of the fork in the ramp. Once you past the Dearborn Exit, keep to the right lane to exit at James St. Turn right onto James St., go about 8/10 of a mile, James will have turned into Cherry. Turn right onto 16th Ave. You will see Providence Emergency Room Entrance on the left, the building at the far end of the block is Jefferson Tower, and Orthopedics International is on the far end of that block. The parking garage is on your immediate right.
Note: If on I-90, take I-5 North

Heading South on I-5
If you are traveling South on I-5, take Exit 165-A (James St.). Go straight through Cherry St., going toward James. Turn left onto James St., go about 8/10 of a mile, James will have turned into Cherry. Turn right onto 16th Ave. You will see Providence Emergency Room Entrance on the left, the building at the far end of the block is Jefferson Tower, and Orthopedics International is on the far end of that block. The parking garage is on your immediate right.
