Take Exit 20-B (NE 124th St./Totem Lake Blvd). Stay right and take the Totem Lake Blvd exit. Go straight ahead, through the stoplight, heading up 120th St. Turn right on NE 130th Lane. Follow to Blue Entrance. Park in the Blue Parking Garage. We are located on the 4th floor of the Evergree Surgery & Physician Center across from Patient Registration and the Family Maternity Center entrance.

Heading South on I-405
Traveling South on I-405, take Exit 20 (NE 124th St.) and turn left at the signal onto NE 124th St. Cross over the bridge and turn left on Totem Lake Blvd. Turn right on 120th St. Turn right on NE 130th Lane. Follow to Blue Entrance. Park in the Blue Parking Garage. We are located on the 4th floor of the Evergree Surgery & Physician Center across from Patient Registration and the Family Maternity Center entrance.
